Pureed Meat
- Cook meat in filtered water or homemade stock until completely tender or use meat leftover from stews or soup that you’ve made for your family.
- Chill meat and cut up into 1 inch chunks when you puree.
- When meat is looks like a clumpy powder, add breast milk, formula or cooking juices
- You can serve this either on it’s own or mixed with vegetable or fruit puree.
