Cucumber Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup of cucumber, chopped and seeds removed
  • 1 cup of organic, Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 TBSP of fresh dill or mint, or 1 TBSP of dried dill or dried mint

1. Add all ingredients to a food process and pulse until well mixed. Be sure to pulse with breaks to help prevent sauce from becoming too runny.
