What are you having for dinner? Take some vegetables, whole grain such as brown rice, and tofu and quickly puree in your miniature food processor. Use stock to thin it out as needed or more grain to thicken. Tonight Corianna had my dinner along with extra vegetables I pureed. She only wanted to eat off my plate tonight, so I snuck in some extra veggies for her!
1/4 cup organic broccoli
1/4 cup organic zucchini
1/4 cup organic brown rice
organic (homemade) chicken stock as needed to thin out the mix
All ingredients go into the mixer and puree to a suitable consistency for your baby.
