Oatmeal

  • 1 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup warm filtered water + 2 Tbsp whey, organic yogurt or organic lemon juice
  • 1 cup filtered water

Soak oats overnight or longer and it will cook in about 5-10 minutes.  Mix oats with warm filtered water mixture and leave for at least 7 hours or overnight

Boil 1 cup filtered water and add oat mixture, bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer for several minutes.

Add butter, cream, maple syrup, fresh or dried fruits as well if you’d like.
