- 1 banana
- ½ TBSP coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp of cinnamon
- a pinch of nutmeg
- Optional: breast milk, formula, raw cow or goat milk, or whole fat organic yoghurt
- Peel and chop banana into a bowl.
- Add coconut oil and spices and mash with a fork until at desired consistency.
- Can add breast milk, formula, raw cow or goat milk or yoghurt to smooth texture.
