Cinnamon-Banana Morning Mash

  • 1 banana
  • ½ TBSP coconut oil
  • 1/8 tsp of cinnamon
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • Optional: breast milk, formula, raw cow or goat milk, or whole fat organic yoghurt

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop banana into a bowl.
  2. Add coconut oil and spices and mash with a fork until at desired consistency.
  3. Can add breast milk, formula, raw cow or goat milk or yoghurt to smooth texture.
