2 large sweet potatoes
3 medium pears, peeled, cored and cut up
1 tbsp coconut oil
- Bake sweet potatoes in 375 degree oven for one hour or until very soft
- Allow sweet potatoes to cool and peel off skins
- Steam pears in 1/4 cup water for 8 minutes or until soft
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth or desired consistency
I love eating this and so does Cori who’s well beyond the baby food stage at 2 1/2 years old!
