Here are a few ideas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avocados: <\/strong>These are good travelers, make sure you cut it in half before going if you are not going to have access to a knife. Bring a spoon and scoop out bites for your baby.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beans: <\/strong>When you cook a batch of beans, save some on the side for a quick snack on the go. They are great finger foods for your little one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bananas: <\/strong>These are staples at our home because they are so easy to use. Before Lua could eat a banana on her own, I would break a banana in half and using a spoon scoop out the meat from the peel. This technique worked great on the go because it made little to no mess.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blueberries:<\/strong> Already in perfect bite sizes, there are another staple in our home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheese:<\/strong> Buy a block of raw organic cheese and chop up into small bite sizes, place in a container and go!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grapes:<\/strong> We quarter these and are great for traveling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Precooked Veggies:<\/strong> Steam carrots, squash, zucchini and chop into small bites sizes, keep in the fridge and use on the go.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strawberries:<\/strong> We bought these fresh every week at the farmers market, rinse and chop into bite sizes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raw Milk Cheese:<\/strong> Delicious snack with enzymes to help digestion<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sausage Chunks:<\/strong> Of course free range, grass fed meat only for quick protien boost<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you are heading out the door and need a few quick snacks to through in your bag for the outing with your baby, you want something fast and easy and something that is low-maintenance for the baby to eat.
