#000000;\">2 organic carrots<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">large handful organic spinach<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 cup organic quinoa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 cups warm filtered water + 2 Tbsp Whey<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 medium organic red onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 teaspoon oregano<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Directions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Soak Quinoa in warm water mixture for at least 12 hours.\u00a0 Rinse and drain well<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Heat chicken stock<br \/>\nCoarsely chop veggies<br \/>\nPut veggies in chicken stock until soft (15 &#8211; 20 minutes)<br \/>\nAdd quinoa<br \/>\nBring to boil<br \/>\nCover and simmer for 15 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Use hand mixer to mix to desired
